Vibratory Conveyors

KMG Systems offer a range of hygienic vibratory conveyors which are designed to be ultra low energy, virtually silent in operation, easy to clean while providing the highest throughput. We use our own electro-magnetic drive to transport and handle bulk materials including snacks, cereals and petfood. We design the conveyors to suit your needs, taking into account your factory environment and the base product characteristics.

KMG transfer solutions from VFFS packing systems mainly involve the following:

Packet takeaway belts
Designed to customer specific requirements to any length or width from either mild steel or stainless steel construction, usually mobile on lockable castors. Machines are designed for transporting single bags from primary packaging or multipack bags from secondary packaging machines.

Rotary Packing Tables
Rotary Tables enable the collation & accumulation of your products from production lines and packing areas. Ideal for areas that are not large enough or unavailable for an automated system.
All stainless steel construction compatible with the food industry. diameters are available in 900mm – 1000mm – 1200mm – 1500mm from stainless steel. Sides are supplied diamond creased for strength and looks. Frame work fabricated in stainless steel box section, fitted with adjustable feet. Our Rotary tables are a quality product that can enhance any production line saving on human labour and therefore costs.

KMG rotary tables come supplied with a stop start button as standard. The turntables can be fitted with a variable speed inverter and can be made mobile if required by adding casters both as an optional extra.

Carton track and case tapers
KMG provides fixed roller based conveyor systems in both gravity and powered.  These economical roller based conveyor systems are used for a multitude of applications, mainly in transporting packed cartons to carton taping and palletizing equipment.

Manufactured with frames in painted mild steel, stainless and even aluminium and plastic, with multiple options for rollers, stands, end stops and controls.
Typically our carton track will feed case tapers offering easy plug&play mode and fast-removable taping head to help the customer save time efficiently during set-up and maintenance operations.
