Liquid Spray Unit
The KMG oil and dry seasoning system uses an airless oil spray system which completely eliminates misting. By modulating the flow at the nozzle, we accurately control the oil flow to within 1% of the set point. Our carefully designed spray pattern ensures that the oil is applied evenly to the base product inside the coating drum. With our closed loop flow and pressure control we can ensure that our oil and dry seasoning system is the most accurate available.
Powder dosing Unit
Another important component of the KMG oil and dry seasoning system is our patented KMG powder dosing unit. The PDU meters the dry seasoning onto our scarfed edge vibratory seasoning feeder and this provides consistent seasoning coverage. The PDU is designed to be entirely leak free with an open, clean design suitable for washdown areas. The body and hopper are entirely removable for easy cleaning. Our closed loop gravimetric system ensures that precisely the right amount of oil and dry seasoning is applied.
FlowWeigherTM
The patented KMG FlowWeigherTM is the backbone of our oil and dry seasoning system. This patented innovation allows the instantaneous flow of very light materials to be measured with accuracy. It generates a 4-20mA output which corresponds to the flow rate and this signal is used by our liquid spray unit and powder dosing unit to deliver exactly the right amount of seasoning.
