In the ideal world, process output and packing capacity will be perfectly balanced. If you have temporary outages in packing then you need somewhere to store product until production is rebalanced.

A KMG Storveyor will reliably accommodate a buffer of product between the two processes and this particular Storveyor is designed to hold up 3.5 tonnes of production output. The Storveyor uses a ‘First in First out’ principle, ensuring proper product rotation and preventing prolonged storage.

The Storveyor uses two routings – a bypass for when production is balanced, and then a vibratory conveyor feeds into the Storveyor when required. The Storveyor then ensures gentle movements towards the discharge point where another vibratory conveyor regulates the output, ensuring a controlled and consistent flow of product, either direct feed from process, feed from Storveyor or a combination of the two.

Factory space is a premium and this system has been designed to minimise footprint by using vertical space.
