Conveying Systems
Gated Vibratory Conveying
KMG gated vibratory conveyors typically transfer, divert or reject product using an electro-pneumatically controlled gate. From seasoning to packing, these conveyors can be integrated to meet your process requirements.
Features
- Balanced gates to negate the need for guarding.
- Pneumatically or manually operated gates.
- Split gates.
- Mechanical or electro-magnetic drive machines.
- Easy to clean.
- Low running and maintenance costs.
- Hygienic.
- Photocell or timer controlled.
- Product on product discharge to minimise breakage.
KMG gated conveyors can transfer product from one part of the process to another by integrating a simple pneumatically operated opening integrated into the actual conveyor itself. The gates can be positioned “in-trough” or “end of trough” dependent upon requirements. Several can be installed in a row to create a distribution system typically used to pack snacks and cereals into multiple weighing and bagging lines.
