Process Preparation Area Machines
Seasoning Systems
Special Purpose
Product Blending
KMG Blending systems can combine several product streams by volume or weight to a desired ratio to feed a packaging machine or seasoning loop.
Features
- Accurate mixing ratios from multiple sources
- Extra mechanical agitation not necessary resulting in gentle product handling
- Supplied from both batch or continuous systems via buffers
Fed from hoppers, a continuous flow or a combination of sources different products can be combined and blended into one homogenous stream. The mix ratios can be adjusted, and the flow rates can be measured either by weight or by volume. For example, to make a mix of potato chip and veg chips, or various extruded snacks.

Slurry Coating
Extruded snacks may need to be heavily seasoned for deep flavour absorption into the product. Where separate oil and dry application systems can’t be used, a slurry system may be the alternative.
Slurry Coating
Special Purpose
KMG designing and manufacture bespoke machinery to serve clients who have a problem that is not catered for by the ranges of standard machinery already on the market. Our level of expertise is primarily in product flavouring, blending, screening and packaging applications.
